Our New Answering Service
Great news! We have expanded our phone services. Effective immediately our answering service will be able to forward your calls to a number of different psychics for an immediate reading, either by phone or chat. This is a personal service - there is a real person answering the phone, someone capable of connecting you with the right answers to your questions.
When you call for a reading, a customer service representative will process the payment for you and then forward your call to the psychic of your choice - or take an appointment for a future reading.
Typical Availability
This is not a schedule. These are the times when you can usually connect with individual psychics for immediate phone or chat readings. Psychics will log in as they can, in addition to these times, and are available by appointment at other times.

In addition to being available for psychic and spirit readings by phone most weekdays between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST- and week-ends between noon and 10 PM, our readers are also accessible through various VOIP services, primarily SKYPE..

We now offer two forms of callback services:
Some psychics are not available on our toll free number or through Skype. But you can still set an appointment for a phone reading with them. Simply place your order, and we will email you to arrange the time for your reading, give you the number to call and tell you how to make a free long distance call through your computer.
If the psychic you want for your reading is not accessible through SKYPE when you place the order, we will arrange for her/him to call you back to set a time for your reading.
