Angels and Spirit Guides

We walk with an entourage through life. The amazing reality is we are not alone in this physical form. We decided to come forth with a hand picked team to guide and love us while here on earth.  This is a gift we have been given.  Let's take a moment to check in with our support team in spirit.

 

Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.  In your mind's eye see yourself in a wooded area such as a forest.  It is a lovely morning to go for a walk.  You notice the sun shining through the trees. You feel the warmth of the sun on your face and a cool chill in the morning air. The birds are singing. To your left is a stream rushing over rocks. 

 

You take a deep breath and feel appreciation for this moment. Up ahead you see a boulder and decide to stop and sit awhile. As you gaze at the glistening stream you say, “I know my spirit guide stands to my right and my angels are all around me.  I now ask my spiritual team to come forth so I may meet you.

 

What do you see?  What do you hear?  Is your guide male or female?  What are they wearing?  Ask what is their name? Once you have communicated with your guide. Look around and notice how many angels stand with you.  What do they look like?  Are they male or female energies? Ask each one to come forward so you may meet them.  What are their names?

 

Please let your higher self to guide you. Don't dismiss anything. Know that our guidance usually is our first thought or impression so go with the flow and have fun.  We can always commune with our team for they really are only a breath away.  However, it is so wonderful to know with whom you are communing with.

 

You are so loved.
