Love Consciousness

 

Easter, Spring and the Vernal Equinox remind us that love connects all living things. I am awakened by nature's beauty. The birds sing their song of praise and gratitude in welcoming the warmer days. I notice the different species of birds such as the finch, the herring gulls, the crows and ravens flying near or with each in a dance of folly and appreciation. It warms my heart and I feel connected to them in a strange and wonderful way. We can learn a lot from watching nature and her creatures. They have this innate ability of enchantment and pure being with no pretenses. They each sing a unique song that is from their inner being but they don't get caught up in the differences. Each of us has a song to sing in this physical life experience. But sometimes we get focused on the differences or what makes us unique from each other instead of celebrating the beauty in each other's song and with an open heart know that we are still connected.

Be open to what nature is whispering to you on the breeze. She speaks to us in every moment and if we allow ourselves to be still and listen we can learn her secrets.

Jesus spoke about love consciousness through teachings and his actions. His teachings leave us with a rich resource of knowledge on how to act in this Love Consciousness.

See each other with love. In your heart send each person you meet or interact with a silent blessing. When we bless another we bless ourselves. In this small gesture, we become like Jesus. To know you are a being of love and to express this love in our thoughts and actions. To know that we are all part of Source/ Mother/ Father/ God and when we love we align with this energy. In this moment, we are authentic to who we really are, spiritual beings living in a physical body experiencing a physical life.
