The Year 2002, by the Numbers
Conflict brings forth cooperation. Revenge begets revenge. Waters are troubled, uncertainty is in the air.

In the year 2002 …

The challenges in 2002 are to avoid arguments and incurring debts. Avoid inebriated denial. Watch neighbors come together to benefit one another. Let no one be a stranger this year. Choose a peaceful place to move to and pray.
There are many positive aspects to work with during these changing times based on the expressiveness of the #2 vibration. Small groups of people coming together working for targeted goals represents one of these aspects. We can see this in the actions of the terrorists as they have split up into small groups to obtain results.
The # 2 vibration can be used for good as well as evil. When applied to the formation and action of a small group, the #2 vibration is like sailing with favorable trade winds. It seems that powerful use could be made of this through group prayer, meditation and visualization. Instigating small community activities that serve to introduce, inform and melt away the feelings that separate us all will be favored. Volunteerism will be on the agenda.
Cooperation can be on the positive side of the # 2 vibration. If we choose to work in ways that are mutually beneficial socially, financially and religiously, we will all come out winners. This interaction will eventually, in a thousand years or so, lead us to the beginning of a "One World" consciousness. One that will present the inevitable fact that we only have one world to share. Cooperation and mutual respect is the key to mankind's survival.
The vibration of # 2 also is representative of adaptability. Yield when and where you can. It has been said, "There is nothing stronger than gentleness and in gentleness there is great strength." These are stressful times and times that need extra tolerance and understanding. This does not mean yield to another's will, but rather seek to find a mutual ground on which to come together.
The "I" went out with the last century along with the leading # 1 that we have vibrated to from the year 1000 to 1999. We are entering into a new age, and like any birthing process, it is not always easy. The age of the individual is fading, to be replaced with the "Age of Aquarius" group co-operative mindset. Those of us from the previous century may seem out of place someday with what will appear to be eccentric individuality.
The Islamic, Chinese and Jewish calendars all differ as to the number used to represent the year. This makes a different numerical vibration that sets their cultures apart from ours here in 2002. In brief, the Islamic #'s show that we may well be in for a warring Islam for 20 years or more. They are operating with a "nothing left to lose" attitude. The Chinese are creating the land of "Happy Business" with great poverty among of the poor in the countryside. The Jewish calendar shows life getting better through social changes that may be based on the loss of life.
It is true that in the future we can look forward to many enjoyable things. We will always have flowers and birds that sing in the spring, beautiful sunsets and good times with good friends. There are and always will be events that make life the wonderful experience it is. The unexpected, if it is a joy, is often best left as a surprise. The same may not be true for the opposite. It is from that perspective that I offer a glimpse of the negative side of the #2 vibration.
In 2002 the stock markets around the world will continue to seek new lows as the harried investor seeks an attorney to sue his/her financial advisor. There will be a lot of grumbling regarding the financial advice that was handed out in 2001. Many secrets withheld are now becoming known. The markets should drop in timely segments, leveling off in a way that makes the general public complacent with their misfortune. Look for a sizable decline through the month of May. My advice, astrologically and numerically, get out of the market now if not sooner. If you insist on staying in, numerically the upside potential is in pharmaceuticals and gold stocks.
You might want to take a course in diplomacy this year, as arguing is a key watchword. There will be plenty of conflict and edginess for everyone to have a good heated debate or two. The old adage of counting to ten before saying anything will come in handy.
War and More...
An abundance of small caliber guns will be purchased this year. Bullets may be in short supply. In some places small arms may even seem fashionable. How about a handbag with a western style holster on the side or high fashion combat boots with dagger sheathes?
Behind the scenes, China will seek to repatriate Taiwan as the "One China" policy is implemented through tradeoffs in cooperating with the war on terrorism. China is playing a waiting game - waiting for instability to give them the upper hand. An action (financial or military) in the Orient may take place the week of May 7th. Exactly where I'm not sure, but I believe the results will adversely affect the financial/equity markets.
The threat of an air attack as we witnessed in September of 2001 is remote. September 11th may become known as "Rescuers Day" in honor of all those who serve as police and firefighters.
Osama Bin Laden and his band of terrorists will have an international focus this year; attacking in ways that will serve to strengthen ties between victim countries; assaulting targets connected to the U.S. but not necessarily on U. S. soil.
These targets are most likely near if not on the water. Harbors, ports and offshore gas rigs are at risk. This includes the Houston Texas area. Collisions resulting in explosions on the water especially in gulf regions are possible. Other threats posed by these madmen are most probable through water supplies, though these are now under guard. Their actions will be more inclined to be overt versus clandestine as in 2001. They may also use small amounts of explosives or a gas that would affect the lungs, eyes or kidneys.
I believe that anthrax was brought into this country via diplomatic pouch from Iraq. Bin Laden's career is likely to continue, as he looks very much alive and lucky for at least two more years. Although he was born in the late 1950's, he receives support from Saudis and others who were born in the 1940's. I believe that he is not hiding in the mountains, but rather in a relatively flat part of Southern Afghanistan. He is in an area that has a small stream or river; the water is a dark slate blue and runs fast. Bin Laden's network may be linked to incidents between late January and early February and late September into mid-October of 2002.
The Super Bowl will be held in New Orleans this year. Sitting in the split of two highways, it is also near water in a city that is below sea level. If the terrorists choose an American target, this could be one, as it is within an astrological window. Two trucks colliding and combining chemicals that could create a gas of some sort would fit the numerical profile.
In the war on terrorism we will see continued skirmishes and small arms fire. On both sides revenge is the theme guiding the actions. For now, the war on terrorism will be fought one targeted terrorist at a time. Coalitions must be formed for the major players to come together. This happens around 2003. Most of these coalitions will be too weak to stand for long. The major troop movements will likely be seen in 2004 as war spreads through the gulf region. This in part will bring down the House of Saudi. It appears the Saudi regime will fall by the time Pluto makes its final pass of 17 degrees Sagittarius. Many will compare the coming military movements to Armageddon. For most, this is not the end of the world, just the end of the world as we have known it.
There is a potential for Saddam Hussein to try something insane around the full moon of April 26th. If he strikes at Israel he will use a missile that, in part, was produced by an Asian power.
The year 2002 has two zeros in the center. Zero's can indicate something missing or "a lack of " in some cases. The likelihood of particular items in short supply will vary through this decade. On the shortage list this year are gold and water.
In these troubled times many will seek the security of gold. As an insurance policy for the unexpected I have urged those I know to consider purchasing gold or gold stocks. The actual shortage of gold is very possible if only a small percentage of people decide to purchase any quantity. This is in part because the price has been depressed - thus the mines have closed, and thus production has diminished. When reduced production meets heightened demand, prices rise. If you are a conspiracy buff, you may want to check out the alleged manipulation of the gold market.
Water and the shortage of it should make the headlines, as droughts appear in places that do not normally see drought conditions, Asia in particular. Natural accidents or terrorists may cause a shortage of drinking water in a twin city region. Look for studies released this year showing the potential water shortages major cities face based on projected growth. These cities are in the American Southwest as well as the Southeast.
Other shortages faced in 2002 will be things that come in pairs as well as drugs (medicines, vaccines) and the human attribute "patience."
There may be no shortage of alcoholic drink, and though it is always safe to advise one not to drink too much, I would say please be extra careful this year. The acceptance of more than usual consumption, due in part to the uneasy feelings left by terrorism, will lead many to substance abuse.
Just a note:
The U.S. capital will be moved to the wheat fields of the Northern Kansas/Southern Nebraska area, leaving Washington D.C. to become an amusement park run by the National Park Service in cooperation with the new AOL/Time Warner/ Disney Company. This may not come about in 2002, but it will happen. The move will be for security reasons.
