Typically, for a full study, our team works in phases and will include one or more of the above workshops in their program.
In Phase One, we interview every single person who draws a paycheck: from the CEO right down to the janitor. Utilizing our psychic/therapeutic/business skills, we collect data. This includes areas such as job satisfaction, areas of conflict, personal issues (as they impact job performance), personal goals to name a few. Because we are using our psychic perceptions (which gives us a rapid and expanded view of each person interviewed) we are able to pin-point, with clarity and accuracy the areas that need attention. This initial report is submitted, insuring participants complete anonymity, along with recommendations and strategies for execution.
Phase Two sets up "focus groups": Initially, all upper management, middle management, and support personnel would meet within their group level. Communication skills, conflict/resolution and idea sharing would be emphasized. These groups would be facilitated, initially by our staff, with clear guidelines and agreements. At this point, management can decide what follow up processes are desirable. Workshops, seminars and follow-up interviews can be arranged as necessary.
Phase Three applies what has been learned and agreed to in the first two phases and establishes a program for monitoring results and ongoing performance so that problem areas can be easily highlighted and addressed in future. Typically, our team will follow up with management at three months, six months and one year, to see how things are progressing and ensure that our insights have proven valuable.
