Many folks apply to work with us, however few are accepted. This is because the Global Psychics hiring policies are quite strict. We are searching for special people, folks who are not only gifted psychically, but who are also loving, compassionate, and easy with communications both written and oral. In addition to being talented, creative and resourceful, every member of our team is a professional, seasoned individual with a wide range of skills.
Our basic hiring criteria:
- must be a proven resource, already have a thriving private practice, familiar and comfortable with a range of divining tools and arts
- must have had some formal training as a psychic or medium
- must have your own computer, be email ready
- must be able to speak and write well
- must be compassionate, sincere, skilled as a counselor
- must have some business experience, know-how and knowledge.
- Canadian residents preferred
The Screening Process
If you satisfy our basic criteria and are interested in working with us, you must be prepared to accept a fairly extensive screening process, to do several readings for our management team and to follow through on some coaching from the senior psychics on the team before you actually get paid for the first reading. Typically, Danielle will provide you with a "live" email request from a client to which another psychic has already been assigned. Your response will be benchmarked against the actual response sent to the client and she will critique your response as part of the indoctrination process. Most often, this screening and feedback process is enough for you to "get the system" and from this point you will placed in our normal house queue. Once accepted, you will be asked for a 'sample reading' and a bio, and a few original articles or stories for us to post on the site to help promote your presence on our team. And you will be requested to provide this type of material on an ongoing basis to help you build your own business within ours.
On The Job
Then, as a member of the team you will not only be expected to keep us informed of your daily schedule for reading work, but you will also be expected to keep your skills current with additional training and in-house coaching, and as an ongoing part of your contract with us, you will be expected to respond to various inquiries and follow-ups on the readings.... and you'll be paid for working in your jammies, at whatever time of the day or night you choose...
